The deposit is $150.00 per child. The deposit is non-refundable and will not be deducted from the tuition cost. Deposit can be paid with cash, check or money order


Yes, the application fee is included in the deposit. 


  • Schedule a tour with a FPELC enrollment specialist 
  • Visit your nearest FPELC to pick up a enrollment packet 
  • Pay the deposit using cash, check or money order only 
  • Complete enrollment documentation 
  • Visit FPELC to return the enrollment packet 
  • The program director will contact you to schedule a parent orientation session
  • First day of care! Welcome!

Due to the economy the tuition cost may increase yearly families will be notified in advance of any changes. 


Great news, families are able to communicate via our school app. The app is free for all families to use. Teachers and staff will be able to send messages, updates, pictures and reminders on the app. Parents are always welcome to call the center directly to speak with the staff. 


Fields Preparatory is a licensed child care center


Breakfast, lunch and pm snack is included in the tuition cost


Yes, the children are required to go outside twice a day depending on the weather. Please see director if there is a health concern, supporting documentation is required from a health care profesional. We enjoy eating meals outside, exercising, going on nature hunts,water play and more! 


Yes, a written permission slip or consent form is requried for all participants. 


The tuition rates typically do not increase during the summer.


No. The food and beverages are provided by the center. Families with milk preferences must provide documentation from a health care professional. Milk substitutions can be brought in a water bottle or stainless cup. Please notify the center of any allergies or food restrictions. This rule does not apply to infants


No, not at this time. 


All children attending for the day must be present by 9:30 a.m. sharp daily. 


6 weeks to five years old. Typically by the age of 5, the children enter grade level school


Monthly newsletters will be sent on the app and posted on the front door with detailed information for the unit. Each month will have a different theme. Teachers will send home theme-related homework assignments. 


Please see staff for an additional emergency form. Emergency pick up persons must be over the age of 18. 


The parent or guardian must authorize  the center in writing of the person that is picking up.  All emergency pick ups must be over the age of 18 years old. At the time of pick up, adults must present a valid photo id. 


A two -week written notice is required for families that receive child care scholarships. Families that do not have vouchers are asked to provide a two weeks notice as well. Families have 5 businesss days to pick up children belongings or items will be discarded. Children files remain on site for 5 years. 


Absolutely, refer a friend or family memeber to receive a tuition credit (once the new family has enrolled)


Uniform is required Monday - Thursday. Students can dress in regular clothing during the summer months June-August. Girls wear red or yellow button up tops. Boys can wear blue or green button up shirts. Acceptable bottoms are khaki, black, blue or brown pants/shorts. Girls may wear dresses or skirts.
